The Organic Kitchen, Spring/Summer Menus is the second cookbook we have created for author and cooking instructor Linda Spiker. Each chapter in the book is a menu Linda teaches in her classes at The Organic Kitchen. Some are designed to go together from appetizer to dessert. Others have a theme, perhaps a common ingredient like the “There’s an App for That” menu. We created the book in 8 x 10 hardcover format and also e-book format.
