We were very pleased to be working with Sheryl Goldstein, a New York based consultant and chef who has studied at the National Gourmet Institute and The Wine Center. Diagnosed with Celiac disease at the age of 50, Sheryl began developing recipes that would accommodate her new gluten-free lifestyle.
