Fly Fishing Through the Eyes of a Beginner  is a wonderful  6 x 9 soft cover and hard cover instructional manual for kids who are interested in learning about fly fishing. The book is written for beginners by a young fly-fisher. It focuses on what a young fly-fisher finds important in the midst of all of the generally available adult oriented books and instruction. The middle school author does a wonderful job of describing for other kids through his own words and photos what he finds so alluring about the sport.  Its elegance, simplicity and dramatic color photos make this a valuable fly fishing resource for beginners both young and old.
